I began my healing journey when I finally decided that the struggles of my past could no longer keep me chained to the pain that I had grown up with. That was the year that I finally decided that I am worthy of self-love and self-respect. I was in Sedona, Arizona when I had this epiphany. It would be a few short months later that I decided to go to my first yoga class. I really stepped into my power when I started that class. I formed real and healthy bonds with those women who I now proudly call my Tribe.
About a year after attending that first yoga class, the instructors scheduled a retreat. At this retreat, we would be doing yoga in this beautiful cabin tucked away on a woodsy mountainside in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. During our weekend getaway, we were also going to learn Reiki. Having been born with intuitive abilities, I found that I understood Reiki quite easily once I got my I and II attunements which just furthered me on my healing spiritual journey. Reiki came to me at a time when I not only needed it, but when I was ready to receive it. I went all in and said “yes” to my continued healing and growth.
Now, I am proud to call myself a Reiki Master. It marks a personal accomplishment that I was able to say “yes” to myself and step into my own Power. It serves as a constant reminder that I am capable of achieving my goals. Best of all, I am now able to help others along on their own journeys to self-love, self-respect, and self-empowerment. If I can step into my own Power and love myself, then you absolutely can, too!
As mentioned above, I was born with intuitive gifts. One such gift is my ability to easily interpret dreams. I have had vivid dreams for my whole life and can easily remember one of my very first dreams from only three years old. Dream interpretation is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I am so excited to be able share this gift with people. My dreams have really helped to keep me on the right path through life, and I am so happy to help others unravel the mysteries of their own dreams for the betterment of their lives!
Blessings, Dearest Ones!
